1. My employer says that the computer payroll system they have implemented is very reliable, so why should I use your services?

Statistics show that payroll errors are in fact very common. Approximately 33% of businesses admit to payroll errors. These errors are regularly caused by human error, however all computer systems are only as good as the people controlling them. Ask your friends and family, it is almost a certainty that you will hear stories of people being underpaid or overpaid in the past. By using Paycheck Investigators, you are having an independent company review all of your Pay Information.

2. I get paid a set salary each fortnight. Do you have any services that I could benefit from?

Yes, definitely. Most Australians will benefit from subscribing to the Superannuation Check. service which verifies that the correct superannuation is being paid by your employer. The Leave Check service may also be beneficial to you, as it verifies that your leave balances including annual, sick, parental and study leave, is correct.

5. What information can I expect the Payment Discrepancy Report to include?

When a review is conducted by Paycheck Investigators, you will receive a Payment Discrepancy Report. This report will specify if any errors have been identified. If an error is located, the report will specify if you have been underpaid or overpaid and the amount. The report will also tell you what date and pay period are affected by the errors.
