Service overview:

When 50 or more employees working under the same conditions or work agreement register, Paycheck Investigators will verify your workplace agreement or contract. If any uniform discrepancy is identified, you and your colleagues will be individually notified of the discrepancy. By subscribing to this service, you agree to be added to a database of employees.

Your work agreement or contract could be verified at no expense to you (please read below for details).

Service Details:

To subscribe to this service, you will need to complete a Pay Checking Agreement. When 50 or more employees subscribe to this service, Paycheck Investigators will verify your work conditions or agreement. If any discrepancy is identified you will be issued an individual Payment Discrepancy Report. Your Nominated Account will only be charged if and when any underpayment is identified on your behalf. If you nominate to receive your Payment Discrepancy Report by e-mail, you will also receive an e-mail with the details of any discrepancy to assist you in communicating with your employer.

Fees:

It is free to register for this service! A Success Fee of 20% of the total gross amount of your individual underpayments identified and reported is charged to your Nominated Account 28 days after your Payment Discrepancy Report is issued.

How to have your agreement or contract verified at no cost:

This service requires 50 or more employees working under the same conditions or work agreement to register before a review is conducted. We will waive your obligation to pay the Success Fee, if you are nominated as the Referrer by 20 subscribing employees working under the same conditions or work agreement. Essentially, you could have your agreement checked at no cost to you!
