Paycheck Investigators will perform a review of your previous Pay Information to ensure that your wages/commissions have been paid according to your legal entitlements, work agreement or contract. You are able to subscribe to a review of 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, 30 months or 36 months of Pay Information.
To subscribe to this service, you will need to complete a Pay Checking Agreement and provide us with your pay slip/notifications, your statements of commission (if applicable) and your work agreement or contract. Paycheck Investigators will verify all the Pay Information you have provided and issue you a Payment Discrepancy Report within 21 days of your Pay Information being received. With this information, you can approach your employer to resolve any discrepancies. If you nominate to receive your Payment Discrepancy Report by e-mail, you will also receive an e-mail with the details of any discrepancy to assist you in communicating with your employer.
Note: If you have more than one employer, please note that you will need to complete a separate Pay Checking Agreement for each different job you would like verified.
An upfront Service Fee of $10 per payslip plus a Success Fee of 15% of the total gross amount of any underpayment identified and reported is payable for this service. The Success Fee is charged to your Nominated Account 28 days after your Payment Discrepancy Report is issued.
